Information used to provide the product

When you sign in, FixWise processes account identity data provided through the selected sign-in provider. A repair case may include the symptom, device context, selected optional web-search setting, generated plan, and outcome you choose to save in private repair memory.

Optional camera images

Camera use begins only after you choose it. The browser prepares a bounded still image for inspection; microphone access is not requested. Do not capture faces, payment cards, identity documents, private correspondence, or unrelated personal material.

Private and public surfaces

Repair cases, private repair memory, account allowance, and dashboard activity are intended for the signed-in account and are excluded from public URLs and sitemap output. Your main FixWise public profile follows the visibility choices available in the main product.

How information is used

Information is used to operate the repair workflow, authenticate access, enforce quotas and safety boundaries, store private repair outcomes when you choose to save them, secure the service, investigate abuse or technical faults, and respond to requests you send us.

Service providers

FixWise uses providers for hosting and delivery, authentication and database operations, and AI processing needed to provide the product. Google may process sign-in data if you choose Google sign-in. Providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy commitments.

Retention

Private repair memory remains available to the signed-in account until it is deleted or the associated account is deleted, subject to limited retention needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or legal obligations. Technical and rate-limit records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for their security purpose.

Your choices and requests

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, export, restriction, or deletion of personal information. Use the contact route below and do not send passwords, one-time codes, or identity documents by ordinary email.
