General troubleshooting guidance
FixWise AI provides general, case-based troubleshooting assistance. It does not guarantee a diagnosis, replace manufacturer instructions, or provide regulated professional services.
Emergencies and high-risk work
Do not rely on FixWise AI during fire, active gas hazards, suspected electrocution, rapidly spreading water, or other immediate emergencies. Follow local emergency guidance and seek qualified help for high-risk electrical, gas, combustion, refrigerant, structural, or safety-system work.
AI limitations
AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong and cannot inspect hidden conditions. Confidence language describes the available evidence, not certainty. You remain responsible for deciding whether a step is appropriate for your equipment and circumstances.
Accounts and permitted use
Use the product through your own authorized FixWise account. Do not bypass safety limits, quotas, access controls, or rate limits, and do not use the product to submit harmful, unlawful, or abusive material.
Camera and image use
Camera inspection is optional. Upload only images you are authorized to use, avoid personal or sensitive material, and do not use the service to process prohibited content.
Availability and changes
The product may be changed, limited, unavailable, or retired without guaranteeing uninterrupted service. Safety rules and feature limits may change when required to protect users or operate the service.
Liability and applicable requirements
To the extent permitted by applicable law, FixWise AI is provided for general information and troubleshooting support. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
